I don't buy that. Whilst the free conveyancing sure looks attractive, it could be the difference between moving into your house in a couple months, and moving into your house in 6 months.
We have gone through quite a large reputable firm, but I have had a single handler for the whole process, everything has been done over email and/or phone with post to send stuff back and it has been very professionally handled.0
