    It did for mine. Added an extra bedroom and the value jumped by about £30k.

    I'll give it a go , don't think I added a whole new room. It's will be interesting to see what zoopla thinks an extra room is worth.

    I planted some pampa grass in my front garden and zoopla went up 10K! Kerching!

    Not worth the effort Mayo. Just stick a couple of twigs in a vase in the living room for a similar return.
