Mortgage arrangement fees

My 3 year fixed deal was due to finish
With Santander in November , I recieved
A letter offering a new deal I acccepted a
5 year deal on there advice with a arraignment
Fee Of £900 due to start in November
As I see they have droped tge arrangement
Fee to £500 can I ask for the difference back
