Shared Ownership Remortgage/Staircasing London

I bought a beautiful shared ownership property in London on a 95% LTV product with Leeds BS. Fast forward 3 yrs, and that share is now at 68% LTV due to current HPI, but I'm on their SVR so paying a whopping 5.69%!!

I want to staircase to 100% in 2 stages to reduce my stamp duty liability and also want to leave Leeds BS in order to get better rates.

Ideally, i'd want to move to a lender now that I can also ultimately staircase upto 100% with (plan to do both staircases within 8 months of each other).

Issue I have is that I suspect I will be super tight on affordability and also have limited choice due to the SO element.

Some numbers below;

House Value - £450k
Current Share - 25%
Mortgage balance - £76k
Salary - £65k

In order to ultimately staircase to 100%, I would need a mortgage of c375k.

Does this look possible?

I have absolutely zero debt (other than existing mortgage).

I would have thought that getting that size of mortgage on your salary is pretty much impossible if you're on your own (almost 6x salary!)
