So it's not there by default?
I wondered why I couldn't find it.
Can I import the account settings I have on OE, or will I have to set each one up manually?0 -

Hi!
The mail app in Windows 8 can be used as your main e-mail program, complete with live tiles and notifications. You can add multiple accounts to it as well!
Here's some information to get you started: windows.microsoft.com/en-gb/windows-8/mail-app-tutorial
Hope this helps!0 -
The built in Mail app is IMAP only.No free lunch, and no free laptop

Looks like I won't need to mess around, transferring emails from the old computer.
I've just installed Live Mail onto this computer and, as I added my Hotmail accounts, it downloaded all my sent and received emails.
If it does the same with my non-Hotmail accounts, I'll be sorted.
