Expired Argos Gift Vouchers

I have a couple of gift vouchers which were given a £10 off £100 offer in late 2004. They expired in Feb '05.

Any prospect of my persuading Argos to honour or extend them ??

in our store, we're told to take them off the customer, rip them up and bin them

they were a promo, the expiry date should be clearly marked on them in addition to you being told at the till that they had an expiry date, so the chances of you getting them honoured are....well, lets just say its not likely
