I need to raise between 35-40k over the longest time possible asap,I have a remortgage offer in place but would prefer not to do that as I have a 10k redemption penalty.
I am self employed with no proof of accounts yet(my accountant could write a letter if needed)I have 208k outstanding on my mortgage,a 10 k secured loan which would need to be paid if I go that route.My house was just valued at 295k,Can anyone help? as I need this money asap.I will be paying it off within the next 3-4 years

You have an accountant but no audited accounts?
You will not get more than £25k on an unsecured loan.0
