Hi,
I got a lovely pork shoulder on special offer last week and popped it in freezer at the time. Took it out to defrost last night for a planned slow cooked pulled pork today. Got everything prepped and was just about to put in slow cooker when I realised it wasn't fully defrosted in the middle :-(. Could kick myself!
So the question is, do I risk continuing cos it's going to be in there for hours or abandon? It's to feed 2 adults and an 'eat anything' 2.5 year old.
Thanks for any advice!
