It looks like the back page from a Trigold KFI.
I would also say it's been done by an EA broker (Your Move, Reeds Rains) as it quotes First Complete. That's the network that covers them as part of LSL.I am an Independent Mortgage Advisor

You are reading a problem here that is not there.
No-one is trying to rip you off in order to generate an extra £20 in commission.
There could be a dozen reasons why one lender is more suitable than another.
The only thing here that seems odd is giving you this list in the first place.
