BeWiser - Avoid if you're wise

I'll start by saying that I don't normally come online to talk about things, not my way, but I've found BeWiser so shocking that I feel that I need to share my experiences with them to save you guys from falling into the complete nightmare.
Had a policy with them last year. They're a broker and they chose Kinetic. A few months before the policy ended, a lady crashed into my car when it was parked. It was just a scratch as it goes, nothing serious however she didn't want to pay for the damage so reported it to her insurance company, I did the same.
The process was a big nightmare (not the biggest, that was yet to come) where I endlessly waited and had to call three different numbers to add the claim.
In the end, it was so inefficent as apparently she didnt' admit liability, so it took the fullness of time to sort out. I didn't actually want to claim anything in the end due to the hassle but needed that to come back as non fault to keep my no claims.
Policy renewal time came up and they said that the outstanding claim meant I had two years NCB rather than 5 and my insurance went up from £440 to £1400 or thereabouts - "dont worry though" explained the guy from BeWiser, "when it comes back as 5 years we'll refund the rest and all will be well".
So had to chase constantly for the past 3 months and finally it's come back as non fault. The issue now is that BeWiser (after a month of calling and emailing every day) have sent me to just about every UK phone number to sort it out, make promises to call me back but don't, transferred me to an underwriters who said they'd already discussed it with BeWiser, left me in queues constantly and finally they've come back with a policy amount of £100 quid off (even though on their website my policy should now cost under £500).
I cannot put to words the amount of phone calls, promises, nightmares, couldn't care less attitude staff I've had to endure for this.
This might seem like a sequence of events, however the only thing to happen was that a women hit my parked car. This is what you get when you try to save money - you'll end up completely out of pocket and they could not give a hoot about you...
Save your time, save your money, save your happy moods. Avoid this scam company at all costs.
