Global Test Market?

Sorry if I'm posting this is the wrong place, I'm new around here!
So, I joined GTM at the end of June, I've earned my 1000 points to cash out £30. It said I would receive the paypal transaction in 5-10 business days. It's now been 11days so I emailed them this evening, they've replied pretty quickly saying there's been an issue on Paypal's part and that I should receive it in the next 5-7 working days.
A quick google search has shown quite a few people complaining of this site but not sure how trustworthy these complaints were.
I used to use mysurvey which I think must be ran by the same people (same website layout/perks.com being the people who pay you) and I received payments fine from them the 2 or 3 times I earned enough, but this is going back a few years.
So, my question is - Has anyone experience with Global Test Market? Are they realiable? Reckon I'll get my money?

I hope everything has worked out for you, MrsBeswick. I've been a member of GTM for years and had a few payouts from them. I seem to think the redemption threshold wasn't as much as 1000 points in the past as I can't understand how Iever managed to reach it. They are genuine and might just be encountering temporary technical issues. Good luck in getting your money soon:beer:

Incidentally, that's a brilliant achievement to have reached your cash-out limit of £30 since joining at the end of June:shocked:. I must be in the wrong demographic as I answer all surveys as soon as I get the invite but I'm screened out of the majority of them:mad:. At this rate I'll not be eligible for a payout for at least another year.

I think they are the same company. I always receive MySurvey payments at the same time as my GTM payments.

I've just received £30 from Global Test Market and £8 form MySurveyUK.
