I suspect it's just wrong in the Ts and Cs, as in the Prize Details, it says:
Prize details- We have four vouchers to spend on Muck Boots available to win, each is worth £100
- The closing date of the competition is noon, Thursday 6 November, 2014
- Winners will be notified and prizes sent out after this date
Also, I'm certain this is a new comp
