anyone gone to court with CSA against NRP

I left my husband 6yrs ago due to domestic violence, his drug habbit and his affairs.
I applied to CSA after I left for some financial help from him for our 3 young children. It took CSA over 2yrs to eventually get a deductions of earnings order from him and after nearly 3yrs struggling on my own I started getting £280 a month for our 3 children and I was over the moon (he also owes £3600 in arrears). He so hated paying this money that he got sacked from his job and went onto JSA. CSA advised me that I would get £3 a week whilst he was on JSA but I didnt get a thing and he came off JSA after around 6mths.
He is now claiming that he is not working and living off his girlfriend but I know for a fact he is working cash in hand. How do I know this? Firstly because I know my husband, he hates being unemployed and does not like sitting around the house and needs money for his drug habbit. Also for about up until last year I was still linked to his email account so saw all his emails coming in regarding plumbing and maintenance jobs he was doing cash in hand, there were even emails from clients saying how much money they had paid into his account.
I sent this evidence to CSA but they done nothing and still assessed his and zero. I then sent this evidence to HMRC but again nothing. I sent the same evidence to my MP who was appalled to see the evidence and that I was getting no help from CSA so the MP got onto CSA and HMRC and that was over a year ago and still nothing!
I have now gone through the route of court with CSA and am currently waiting on a court case. I am hoping the judge will look at my evidence and maybe request my husbands bank statements and also his girlfriends bank statements to see how they are managing to live on her salary and still run two cars.
During all these years I have never stopped him having contact with his children but I am struggling financially and the children are suffering.
Has anyone gone through court with the CSA and what was the verdict, what did the judge do?
Any reply would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Ragdoll.
I might be able to answer you as I worked for the CSA (CMEC Actually) as a Legal Enforcement Officer for 3 years.
I take it your case is an old rules one?
the arrears you descirbe could be SOS arrears, this could explain why no payments rec'd while he was on JSA. you should have still recieved £1 a week (!!!!! I know!) Rm tho?0 -
Self employed NRP's are hard to claim child support from. You need a co-operative ex who doesn't mind paying a fair share towards the upbringing of their children. A self employed individual can claim expenses which can reduce their income to almost nothing....and it's all legit. It's self assessment so the HMRC will agree to any reasonable expenses without proof.
They can run a car as it's an expense which reduces the gross profit.
Court cannot request the girlfriends bank statements it's nothing to do with her. If he says he's supported by her then they have to agree with that statement.:footie:Regular savers earn 6% interest (HSBC, First Direct, M&S)
Loans cost 2.9% per year (Nationwide) = FREE money.
