Hello,

I won this comp with TopCashback https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/5036511 , but I haven't received my voucher yet, I contacted TopCasbback through customer centre, but no reply from them.

If you won, how long did it take for the prize to be delivered?

yes I've checked my TCB account, that's the only way of communication with them using customer care support ticket.

I won with them last year and they only ever communicated with me through support tickets. They were very responsive and the prize arrived pretty quickly.

I won a voucher back in June - I thought I was getting somewhere last weekend, when they said to drop them a DM after I had a moan on Twitter... But, surprise, surprise, still waiting...
