spam about winning a bike?

Hi, I was wondering if anyone else had this message, was going through my huge list of spam and clicked delete messages then read one of emails title 'congratulation which bike you choose 'something like that, but it was too late and message got deleted, was wondering if it was spam or not...too late anyway

Depends on the e-mail provider, if I delete items in spam they gone and do not get moved to bin/deleted items.
