    No, but knowing the search terms for such a specific object is a fairly specialized use of language. Even for someone who is a native speaker of English the terms used for everyday objects vary widely in different Anglophone countries. Furthermore the kind of shop or store where one purchases different kinds of things also varies in different countries, and can take time to adjust to.
