Low calorie cereal bar recipe

We all like cereal bars in our house as a low calorie snack. Has anyone got a recipe for anything similar that I could bake. A lower calorie version of flap jack maybe or any other suggestions ?

I do slimming world and make them with oats, eggs to bind, either dried fruit or mashed banana and some sweet freedom syrup to sweeten because I don't like sweetener.
Think it is 140g oats
3 eggs
1oz dried fruit or 1 large (ish) mashed banana
Tablespoon of sweet freedom
Mix together and press into a tray - bake on medium for 20 mins cut into slices when cool.
Obviously it's not as nice as normal sugar laden flapjack but. I find it very filling and nice.0
