IVA and PPI Fees

As I am letting my IVA fail to go bankrupt, will I need to include the IVA fees in the bankruptcy? Also the IVA company arranged for a PPI firm to look into my PPI. I have had several letters back already saying they haven't been able to claim any PPI. But do I need to contact the PPI firm and tell them I am going to be going bankrupt or leave it for my IVA firm to notify them. Also, what happens to the PPI firm's fees as they charge for the service but it's sort of included in the IVA, so not sure if I need to list it in the bankruptcy also.

Given your intentions re- the IVA, and BR, no need to 'do' anything. Any sort of 'fees' claim would [eventually] be included in the bankruptcy. No, I don't think all other drivers are idiots......but some are determined to change my mind.......0

It doesn't matter with oddities like these if you don't include them on your bankruptcy form. All these debts will be wiped out by bankruptcy, whether you list them or not.
I wouldn't waste any time or effort into telling people such as the PPI reclaim firm that you are going to go bankrupt.0
