I would say the Corned beef hash, cheap cheerful and always tastes better when re-heated so no need to worry about making it the day before and warming it up. With some crusty bread or pancakes yummy!SPC6 #116 £652.75

Baked potatoes with a choice of cold fillings - cheese, tuna etc and then a couple of slow cookers filled with savoury flings, i.e chilli, savoury mince, curry etc

A big bowl of mild chilli with some jacket spuds or even pasta. Make some kind of fruit cake (not a heavy one like Xmas cake) may just sling some sultanas in the cake mix).0

Pasta would be quicker to cook from scratch, boil the water in the kettle first to speed things up.
