    Join the union. They can still advise you although not represent you individually - except I would be saying if there were more union members being treated the same, I would do a collective grievance and then you would be included.


    You can join online, it doesn't have to be through your payroll.

    The law allows you to carry ove 1.6 weeks leave (8 days for a full timer) with the consent of both party's. in writing or not it appears to be a genuine mistake which the 2 party's must come to agreement on.

    Thank you all for coming back to me.

    Currently its gone quiet very quiet.

    So i will look to update when they have made an announcement regarding what's going to happen.

    We have raised a complaint and also asked the Unions involvement. All they told us to do so far is raise a formal grievance. HR said we cant raise a grievance until 'options' have been given and if then if we are not happy with the outcome we can raise one.

    So we wait for 'options' lol
    Please note I have a cognitive disability - as such my wording can be a bit off, muddled, misspelt or in some cases i can miss out some words totally...
