Resigning documents for PCH

After over a month of receiving a car through PCH, the car dealer has contacted me asking me to resign the documents as the signature does not match my license signature. They keep calling and emailing me pressuring me to do so. Getting a bit fed up really.
Am I obliged to resign the finance agreement? They say that the finance company will not pay them, as this hasn't been done correctly.
What are the implications if I do not sign? Deposit, etc?
I should add, I did go in to do so, during a very rare moment I had free, but they couldn't complete it in the time I had that day.
I'd be grateful for any advice. Thanks.

If the finance agreement doesn't go through, you will need to find an alternative way of paying for the car. eg cash, or a personal loan, etc.0

Unless you have grounds to reject it under the Sale of Goods Act, you would still need to repay the price of the car.0 -

they could always take you court, you wouldn't have a defenceDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0

Why don't they just post them to you for signing (or you offer this way)?
Signatures must be wildly different, how so?
I'm surprised you are hacked off, they have ended up with you driving off without them being paid for the car.0
