Can I change my debt management company? My current company charges a fee and I can't see an end to the plan

Yes of course you can, or you can do it yourself

Definitely! Give them the old heave ho and go with a free provider like Step Change or Pay Plan, or as the previous poster said you can do it all yourself if you want to.

Not sure I can manage it myself with all the other bills, etc to pay. I still owe alot to the companies on my plan but the company are taking nearly half what I pay them - they are offering an IVA but heard lots of scary stories.

If you do it yourself it wont cost you any more, that said i can fully understand it can be daunting, but as said above contact step change, and immediately leave the fee paying company
