Having had a few hours' break, I'm back and have now sorted out the Avs S list. Watch for the Burger Buns (potential trigger to that offer too?) and the Tic Tacs (maybe a trigger at a long shot if Wine Gums are still available after all these months and assuming they are still 3 for £1 - may be okay vs S without, even without buying 3, as not 10% cheaper than S's individual price even on the A mbuy price - but we have had ones in T before at 2p:laugh:) and also check the Air Wick Classic Unit - msm has A £2.00 vs S £1.00 but are they cheaper instore & HD/C&C?

    They're beggars are Mr A.

300g Blackberries now £3.75:eek:, but appear no longer to compare vs T:(, no trace for T on msm.
Really Creamy Ice Cream, the price has been brought down (although not by enough:D) to £1.50:(:( - I'd hoped it was still £2.00 and on the 2 for £3.00. No chance of any £2.00 comparison now on the APG:(.
And T's Cod (may be OOS) no longer 84p but £1.68:eek:.

Basically wipes out any items I had for an Avs T shop, and leaves me with just a loose banana:laugh: - so, not even worth bothering with Avs T anymore. I need some refreshing of offers.

Also, more attempt to get us to pay more?
A Conf. Pears (600g) packs up from 57p to 77p:(.
But... A Sweet Pears (650g) now 64p, works out just over 2p more expensive than the previous price on the Conf. Pears (me adjusting for weight).

But, definitely avoid picking up the Conf. Pears at 77p - the Sweet Pears packs are now cheaper. The exception would be in the highly unlikely(?) event that you see a Conf Pear pack with a 57p price, in which case that is 57p plus a £2 GC.

And, as for A so-called "Smart"price - forget those, they are about the most expensive pears bags in A at the moment (by weight).

Real expensive items in fact - I was looking at those Schwartz jars on 3 for '2' in Sains - some of them anything up to £3.00:eek: 3 for '2'. In other words 3 at £6.00:eek::eek::eek:.
    I'd expect 50p pricing on those:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:.

And, as for adding on non-comp. 'savvy' buys in A to use on the Avs S list - as 'N/A' fillers - not many made it - Mr A seems a very expensive store - a lot of items on 3 for £5 un-"savvy" buys in A that I would want to be £1, and a lot of round pounds that I would go for only at sub-£1 pricing.

    Not a bad comp. there!:T:T
On the NCs, weren't those the ones that weren't comparing before? So that they now have picked up the Carrot & Butternut one in M?:think:(:rotfl::rotfl: as I'm off to bed - not bothering my head about that one!).

Ooo, thanks, I'll delete them off the M list! More difficult keeping track of these as have to switch to the competitor store and then check the price per 100g/kg as not always showing linked up on msm.

Should be okay as msm says M on offer on the NCs until 26/10. Can't guarantee - they don't often pull offers early, but it's not unknown. All assuming that msm is correct on the offer expiry date (I don't take records of those anymore). In any event, if does go up - will know on Monday, if so then may be shopping on Monday night and not leaving it later!:rotfl:

I'm trying to catch up with A pricing changes, doubt I will ever do it fully though! I've increased the Cauliflower price for A on the M list, and I've put down the price on the Cheese Savouries/Cheese Balls/Salt & Vinegar Sticks etc.

Oooh, why, and how, and who with, and to do what? Tell all:)
(you may have done so already...)

    Morning!

Jelly I'm taking one of my very best friends. She was down earlier in the year so this was my treat to her. Got an excellent deal for us both on the Eurostar as I had a discount code from a previously delayed trip. I've splashed out a bit on the hotel but we're only away for one night so why not? :)
