Afternoon :)lizzie so enjoyed Cilla as it was Nannylala's era and brings back so many memories of when I was a teenager;)and in those days we would know all the words to the songs not like todays music:(

I was born in 1960 but until I was eight we shared a house with my auntie's family and her children were teenagers so I was weaned on the Beatles and Cilla and Gerry and The Pacemakers. Still love 60's music :)

Also is there a limit to how many Ristorante vouchers you can print in one day my last lot haven't come through. Thanks in advance

Germans are made of stern stuff.

Have you ever encountered the Austrian Strohrum?
No, only been to Austria to go skiing, the gluhwein is bad enough, dread to think what that is like

    Here's a link:

I once went to a New Year's party where they were serving the Feuerzangenbowle mentioned in the article.

Cones of sugar steeped in rum were placed over pot sof mulled wine then set on fire, so the alcoholic sugar dripped into the wine below. So pretty on cold winter's night, and so lethal next morning! Approach with care if you ever come across it! :rotfl:

Then we all went outside to watch the fantastic fireworks at midnight. So romantic. :D
    Hope is not a strategy.

Good evening tweets liking your answer;)you are doing so well:) and I admire how focused you are.Turned very nippy here tonight and have had to put the little radiator on just to take the chill off:(

    Good Evening Nannylala :hello:

At work I am forever saying no thanks . We have lunch and I have one egg sandwich made special for me and veg followed by a bag of fruit for afters. :D

When you losing weight its surprising how you notice people trying to feed you the wrong food. Will need my belt soon for work trousers I have lost nearly four inches from my waist. :j:j:j

Its been cold here since Sunday but heating staying off I just wrap up warm :)
