We had a bit of a debate about this on previous thread! :rotfl: If you claim in one month but they arrive in next month they are counted in both months. It shouldn't matter when you spend them as they have a month on them (or 4 weeks, can't remember). However, I think if they were refunded or updated to new date for some reason then they would almost certainly be counted in that month too. Hth.

I have just done a d/w test last week but had no follow up email any one else done it ,if so what do they usually do re feedback.
I have heard nothing and no directions in the pack sent.
