Fc not read back yet but hope confession went well.
Anon I have the £10 back from £50 spend again so hopefully will manage a womble. Not checked mum and sons accounts yet.
Hospital actually went ok and specialist ordered scans on feet so might be getting somewhere.
Dad has not been great but had bloods today. Sister has had 02 training just waiting for them to find agency that can come in. Annoyingly as they had promised Macmillan nurse. Dad can do the care bit it is the nursing checks he needs daily so bit confused.

Do Macmillan nurses come in and do the 'hands on' nursing? I've always thought they were in more of a support role?
It's been a few years since I was dealing with this stuff but you might be better finding out about a palliative care nurse, or a Marie Curie nurse if they're available in your area?
Someone who has been dealing with it recently might be better placed to advise. TS maybe?0 -

I got: Burned at the stake for being a witch in Salem
Ever felt like you had a sixth sense but never knew where that was coming from? Well now you know! In your past life, you were a woman living in Salem, Massachusetts, who was declared a witch and sentenced to death by fire. Sure, you had a little something extra, and you just knew things with no real reason why, but you've always used this knowledge for good. It's a shame that some people would prefer hurting you because you're a little different than them - instead of just try and open their minds. This one is valid nowadays too.

Truly shocked :whistle: :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
I might do this one. I've had a conversation about death with DS2 today. He is glad Im not going to die just yet because he thinks his dad would pick horrible clothes and inappropriate birthday presents for him:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Yes. I knew I would anyway. It was just the rebel in me thinking I could lie and feel ok about it:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Can any elite members offer me any advice?
I need to swap my gas and electric. Only moved into my new house two months ago and went with the current suppliers of British Gas and EON. Paying about £160 a month for both at the moment.
Anyone know any goods deals? Got a quote from First Utility and they reckon then can save me about £400 a year which sounds too good to be true.
Was going to get free cavity wall installed but DW doesn't want lots of holes in the brick work.0 -
