Im in agony this morning.

Was helping OH unibond the dining room yesterday, having it plastered today, and I was standing on some ladders, and I slipped and fell off. Landed on the floor, my bum, legs, back everywhere, starting to ache, and I can feel bruises coming up

Off to Toscos today, for the first time, for months, anything I should look out for.
