    :o

A year ago I ate popcorn & got a 'shell' stuck in the back of my throat - swore never to eat popcorn again

Why did I buy popcorn yesterday?

Spent all night trying to dislodge another 'shell' from throat :o

    Lesson learned :o

Yes, this is the best, as in quickest, I have done with S/world, and I put it down to giving up meat/fish. I even tried vegan but not liking the alternatives for my mullerlight on my porridge in the morning or my feta cheese on my salads. Well I like the alternatives but they aren't as suitable for S/world plan, so will stick with vegetarian for now and slowly progress to vegan if and when I can. Just keep plugging away at it logie, as we all know, if we don't try, the weight just creeps back up again :A

I did have a couple of other quotes which I have deleted now. I was really enjoying keeping up with the elite the last day or so, but was then reminded of why it is not always the best place to be, as the snide remarks are still popping up, from the same people, but then tweets posted her fab pics and I was reminded of the good people on here, so I guess I will stay this time, for now ;)

    Night Night good folk :D

    Morning 3 Dogs :hello:

Been reading about your Slimming World loss well done :j:j

Keep on posting and just ignore the snide remarks like I do.

Top of the morning to all.
I've noticed the cathedral city is showing at £2 v M on MSL. Is there any confirmation, or otherwise please? Thought it could be a useful Dr O filler.
