Just had a nosey, that Lanson is worth £42 a bottle DM.

You do know it's my 50th next year don't you, it does have a rather nice appropriate gold label. :D

 TS we are using our RSH vouchers and getting a train to help DM drink that. It would be criminal to let anyone drink that alone ;) and we are his true friends after all :)

Does he have a Premier Inn close by, I don't mind sharing a room to keep costs down. :rotfl:

I think it is :( I got so sick of teetering, after I stopped working full-time I had little need to wear them. Now I just can't, it's all about comfort these days :o I can just about do small heels or wedges if I have to. I've adapted to making flats look elegant ;)

I can't do heels, never could. I am such a clumsy moo I can sprain my ankle just looking at a pair of heels!!
Luckily I am fairly tall'ish so feel ok in flats.

My highest shoes are a pair of MBT trainers with the negative heels! :rotfl:

Well if it manages to last that long, I will open it on your birthday weekend since you asked so nicely. I may even post a pic of it all bubbly in its glass :)

Yes, it is a shame you both live so far away, isnt it :D

The miles would be worth a glass of that. Although think it would actually be cheaper for me to just go buy a bottle. :rotfl:

But then I would not have such good company. ;)

Bit of catching up to do but I know DM was after a new mattress and I picked a leaflet up in argos today and 60% some of them making the cheapest double mattress £99.99. Tempted at that price for spare room.

A quiet day turned into a busy one. Collected some cream clearance curtains very cheap from argos which I am going to use as curtain liners in the winter. Used one of my mighty deals coupons I got in april.
Helped mum choose a wedding outfit from next online yesterday. Ordered dress in 2 sizes and 2 lengths but they sent one wrong and guess which one she decided on so another order to collect tomorrow. Mum is thrilled with the dress as great fit just wrong length.
Finished off qith quick shop in asda to get car ticket re embursed. More yoomoos. Then checked email when I got home and won some dr o pizza codes :rotfl: will pass pizzas on to N tomorrow once unboxed as luckily her son eats them.
Even got a couple of tiny wombles:T

    Off to read back.

:kisses3: I guess a virtual glass would be just as good as the real thing. :A

    aww, how sweet remembering.
I currently have one of their 'luxury' (or something) ones and it is a really nice mattress. Hard wearing too ;)

  • Oh forgot to say.

Due to the reported closing of Primark at the end of the week we went in and blew the sun plus giftcards. 6 vest/cami tops for me, 10 pairs of socks for mum and 3 pairs of lovely tights for dgd.
