That's nice tiny. Is it quite short, I ask as I've bought a dress to wear to wedding night do on Sat and now I'm worrying it's a bit short for me at 42. I like to get my dress advise on here lol xx

Nothing is ever short on me. :rotfl:

Actually it is above the knee but I am wearing with a pair of shoes couple of inches high so it actually looks very respectful for a nearly 50 year old. ;)

EDIT: Oops it's the pale pink one I am wearing for the baptism with 2 inch heels. ;)

The fuschia pink one will not look respectable at all once I get some tart trotters to go with it. :rotfl: I don't worry about things like being too short cjj that one is a fair bit above the knee but I like it and that is what matters. :D

This really is quite random. The funghi compared 2 days ago. Free or better than free pizza anyway, can't complain.

    So much to say!

Details of the "anomalies" vs M! (I don't mean glitches, unfortunately.)

I'm back from the second M store (actually came back some time ago, been writing this since) and I've managed to resolve most of the doubts I had from the first store (whether about the price, or the "OOS and no SEL"s). Only a few are not fully resolved - these being the SP Mixed Vegetables - appeared to stop being stocked by M then surprisely (to me, shouldn't have been though!) compared to M at 75p as before, then one pack briefly appeared, in a strange place, in one of my stores - so, clearly, M still have them! - but now disappeared from both stores again. Of course I'm unable to see what other M stores have or don't have. So, I'm left to try to guess again, from incomplete information:rotfl:. I'm well used to this though: I often have to do this in making sense of the social world around me, of trying to work out, from the 70% of information that reaches me, what the subtle intention might or might not be, whilst the 30% of communication that is body language is unknown and unseen (by me). Completely invisible. So, I wonder whether total lack of stock in my two stores actually means that M stock them at 75p?:rotfl::rotfl: Just trying to work out the subtle implied communication of something that isn't obvious, wondering whether total absence of a product communicates its existence to me:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::D.

    Anyway...

I think M ought to employ me as their person that spots the anomalies in their stores. The Maoam Stripes and Pinballs were, for all of 10 seconds tonight, going to be crossed out from the M list. They were both found with SELs of 75p in the first store. I then found them with SELs at £1.00 each:eek::rotfl: in the second store. Aware that the first store, as far as last week was concerned, appeared not to have changed its SELs soon enough on a number of products that had gone back up in price, I briefly thought the first store must still have an old price on the SEL and not have changed it. Then I walked round a corner, this being in the second store, and saw the Stripes and Pinballs on the gondola, each at 75p. Offer on until 6th October.

I also saw, separately, the Nakd Bars, including Banana Crunch bar at lower price. Second store SEL has it as "Nakd Banana Crunch Bar 35g", but the bars themselves say 30g:naughty:. Store has them at 37p. First store said 40p I think. But not only inconsistencies between different stores, but even, sometimes, within the same store. (You'll remember I mentioned the Pringles at different pricing in different parts of the first store:rotfl:.)

On the Barr 2Ls this time (I've never known the Tizer to compare on the APG), I have the following situation:

First store. Offer label says 99p-£1 Any 2 for £1.50. Individual SEL prices are 99p on Irn Bru Sugar Free, £1 on Tizer and £1.79:eek: on regular Irn Bru. So, suggests that Irn Bru Sugar Free and Tizer are on 2 for £1.50.

Second store. Has it as follows. No mbuy label or offer pricing on display at all (although I suspect at least the Tizer is 2 for £1.50, as when it was last on 2 for £1.50, months ago (don't let Savvy confuse you;)), and when that store didn't show the mbuy on the shelf, I did take two Tizers to the till and they scanned at £1.50 total). Has the same three items. Tizer says £1. Irn Bru Sugar Free and Irn Bru Regular each say £1.79.

So, take your pick!! Maybe just the Tizer is on 2 for £1.50, as it's the only one at 99p or £1 individual price (according to the second store and the first store's 99p on the regular Irn Bru appears, from the second store information, to be incorrect). Or, maybe both the Tizer and the Irn Bru Sugar Free are in the offer, if the first store is correct and the second store, which probably wrongly doesn't show an mbuy offer on display which is in fact on, is the one in error. Perhaps even the Regular version could be 99p and in the offer if both my stores are wrong in showing £1.79.

As regards let's assume the second store is right over the individual prices, meaning the Tizer is just in the offer but the Irn Brus are not, but the first store is correct with its mbuy offer label - Barr 2Ls (which is non-specific) 99p-£1, 2 for £1.50. In other words the Barrs that are 99p or £1 individual price are on 2 for £1.50. Then, given it appears from the second store's individual pricing, that we have only one item, the Tizer, at £1 and everything else at £1.79 and therefore not in the offer, it may be wondered what that reference to "99p-" means.

Fortunately however this is where my mind-reading abilities come in again:rotfl: and under which the absence of anything else thereby communicates to me that the Barr Limeade and Barr Cherryade are available at 99p and 2 for £1.50 in other stores that I have not seen:rotfl::rotfl:. All these subtle communications again(:rotfl:) - it'd be great if prices and offers were clear and expressly stated! However, I well know by now that people always leave things unsaid, are almost never absolutely and precisely clear in what they say and just imply stuff all the time that isn't stated, basically because if they told the absolute clear and plain truth they'd end up upsetting someone else yet again. "Your hair's untidy". We don't (or you don't:eek:) do we?:) So, anyway, finally to get to the point:rotfl:, I think there are other Barrs, such as Barr Limeade, available in other M stores and are on the 2 for £1.50 offer. This is undoubtedly why the APG did not pick up the Tizer at all for Morries when I last checked, but went N/A, as different pops from the Barr range are stocked in different M stores. Whether this leaves any Irn Bru, or one or both Irn Brus, in the offer or not is anyone's guess from the information according to my two stores:rotfl:.

In short, I wouldn't try on the APG and if you want you can probably buy the Tizer at 2 for £1.50 (or the Cherryade/Limeade) in your own M if it stocks them.

A few more things. Firstly, beware of the A Conference Pears packs (600g) as regards trying them on an M comp. shop. They are 57p in A, which is 'quite alright'. The ones in M are about 600g:eek: and are 99p each, so, even though they returned N/A on my own shopping vs M last time, they may pick them up at 99p soon and start to lose you out. I'd buy them, either separately, on a non-APG shop, perhaps as the only item bought, or can be used as a filler to any shop except vs M. Until we know whether, after the update tomorrow or Wednesday, they are or are not still N/A vs M.

I'm struggling with the Savers Swiss Rolls in M. About a couple of weeks ago, the Raspberry Swiss Roll disappeared from one of my M stores, but was still in the other. I didn't mention this here (bizarrely perhaps, as you may think from my posts I mention everything, whether relevant or irrelevant:rotfl:*). Last time (Wednesday), the Raspberry version wasn't in my stores but the Chocolate one was, and I used my judgement to maintain the Raspberry version, as well as the Chocolate, on my list as only 2.5p if N/A anyway. Now, both the Raspberry and the Chocolate are absent from both my stores. This is beginning to suggest that M are no longer producing their Savers Swiss Rolls. On balance, I'm going to cross them out:(. Choc. Swiss Roll is already vs T (and continues to be) but, if this is correct, Raspberry version, sadly, loses its 10% as was only vs M (T doesn't have an Eday Value Raspberry Swiss Roll):(. Puts everyone on a par with N.Ireland maybe:).

M don't seem to have Savers Fairy Cakes anymore either, so they are also going to be crossed off:(. They need to go anyway, as doesn't appear that S/P Fairy Cakes are on msm anymore. So it may be they are being discontinued across stores. Ends up us paying more for some 'standard range' version:(. Appears to be only "Value" fairy cakes in T - so moving that onto buy in T (allegedly as a filler to any PP shop) but no 10% off.

The 250g Raspberries pack, showing as a "Savvy Buy" for A - at £1.60 and £2.00 "everywhere else" (not literally) - may have been a mistake to buy (in A separately, on a non-comp. shop, or in T on a PP shop vs A), when the 150g Raspberries (£1 in A) are on 2 for £1.50 in M. That is mix and match with Peach Punnet and Nectarines Punnet (and other items) - I don't think those would work btw. The Peaches and Nectarines may possibly pick up mix and match on APG but I doubt Peaches and Raspberries or Nectarines and Raspberries would work. The 150g Raspberries for A say 85p for M on msm (allegedly down from £1.65).

I've no idea where that 85p is coming from. Switching over to the M side of msm reveals it has M Raspberries (125g) at 85p, and that is outside of the weight range from the A product (10% off 150g=135g), but not unknown for items vs M to 'glitch' sometimes, by picking up (with weight adjustment) pricing on items half the size in M. This suggests different Ms have different sizes of Raspberries available. Indeed, just like the A Plums not comparing to the 400g Plums that were available in my M store, because these are not stocked elsewhere. And also like those "59p" Blackberries for M that are on msm that I have no idea about. Therefore, maybe 150g Raspberries won't compare vs M? (Answer as to that, although no clue as to how or whether today's 'new' mbuy might be picked up there, is going to be posted soon btw.)

I did quite well on the original collection earlier today, as didn't miss much really. Just a clarification that the OEPs are in fact £1.99 now and not the £2 I had earlier posted. Sometimes in the 'memory collection' things get slightly out (and :oafter I'd said I had "astonishing accuracy" as well:eek:). But - come on, one penny, when there are far wider variations than that between price SELs showing in different M themselves? Another one - on one of the First Cape wines, that I've altered down in price (from £3.99 to £3.49) and then put the 'new' £3.49, the number 4 in bold, on the basis of my first store - now it appears to be going the other way in the second store:(. One of the other ones, that was already £3.49, is now apparently £3.99 in the second store (the Light Pinot Grigio - First Cape) but remains showing £3.49 in the first store today. So, now :rotfl::( yet more lack of clarity created from the second store - I now suspect the first hasn't changed its SEL yet when it should have done - and maybe both (and indeed maybe also a third First Cape) are now £3.99. Just to be aware of possible issues about those £3.49 prices on my list on the First Cape wines. I'll check msm now, although I doubt it'll assist much (I think it only had one of the three on there last time).

The Princes long-life juices (1L), those that M stock;), are now 79p each in M. Half of them were showing 79p and the rest - perhaps the more 'obscure' flavours, the Cranberry & Limes and the Pineapple & Coconuts - were showing full price £1.59:eek: in my first store. However, a clue that they might all be 79p was available - they had the Princes Apple Juice 1L at 79p on a SEL underneath the Princes Apple Juice, but then had Princes Apple Juice 1L at £1.59 on another SEL on the shelving:rotfl:. Yet again something the non-neurologically-challenged (maybe:rotfl:) "normal" staff of these places don't notice is still there probably! Or - more likely the opposite, that everyone except those that share my condition are neurologically-challenged in that area, perhaps, and that I'm one of the neurologically-able ones, but anyway...

They ought to have me as the person spotting these anomalies. But then - :eek:that would also mean that if anything had gone up in price the SEL wouldn't show a previous lower price, so none of you would be able to get that lower price (via CS) anymore:D. So, we're to be glad I'm not employed there:rotfl:.

I also managed tonight to get a surprising number of wombles (surprising for a Monday), so we'll find out a bit later what they reveal. Including whether the 150g Raspberries show vs M and, if so, what;).

And...ooooooooooooooh - Lyons Apple Pies (5 pack) 49p in second M store. Not that that helps us, just a small detail that I've noticed! May mean the Savers version is :(no longer being stocked in M very soon (Savers version was available in earlier store, at usual 50p) and therefore loses us the 10% vs 50p = 45p net on those (although they have been better when on 3 for '2' offers bought elsewhere than A). Hmmm...showing OOS for M on msm. Continues to be Avs T at 50p, so now moves onto there and, sadly, no longer vs S due to S being dear on much of their Basics stuff:(:(. (Other than SP Soap bars, which have in fact moved from Avs M only to Avs S as S, surprisingly, is cheaper on its newly introduced size that matches A's.) Apples Pies, as I say, have been better on 3 for '2' offers in T, that sadly don't compare from A, in the past.

The Morries energy drinks, such as the Isotonic Citrus, are nowhere to be seen at all, and no SELs whatsoever, in the two stores. I really think they have stopped being produced by M. So, they will be deleted too:(. Finally, I did quite well earlier as the only thing I didn't recall was the Jucee 3L juices that (Orange or Summer Fruits) are now £1.37 in M.:T

*Asperger's: sometimes has problems determining what is relevant and irrelevant and instead mentions the details of everything.
