  • Argh just had a right fright in T's car park :( Was pulling into a parking space and I somehow managed to catch the car that was parked in the next space. I got out straight away to check if there was any damage done, I could see a mark along the back passenger door of the other car, but when I touched it, it wiped off, so think it must have been residue polish off mine from yesterday. Thankfully the couple that it belong to them came back 2 minutes after that, so I explained what had happened. The guy had a look and said he couldn't see anything and I did offer him my details as it was a courtesy car as they had been in an accident and there's was off getting fixed, I felt terrible. He seemed happy enough that there was no damage and didn't take my details, but I still feel :( What if the company he got it from disagree? There is a mark on mine but I can't remember if that was there already. Knew I should have stayed in bed today.

    Oveheard in the supermarket yesterday:

    Mum, when is Halloween?

Um, don't know - sometime in November I think

I wondered if she was being deliberately evasive to avoid buying something?
  • Anyone fancy a dabble with the Uncle Ben's again?

This Special Peshwari rice should be in the 3 for £3 offer (I think) but isn't on msn, so could be a visible trigger

Buy one of them with any two of these and it might potentially force a full price comparison, 2 v 84p and 1 v £1.69, potential apg for £1.71.

Not great and not tested but cheapish fillers to go with the handwashes (if it works):)

Poor you, horrible when something like that happens, but don't fret, you did all the right things so put your mind to rest , the day can only get better now :)

Anyone living on the M18 or M1 (between Sheffield and Notts) know if their A are selling sourz…. cheaply?

I could make a detour to pick up a CIC, and sort a lot of xmas boxes out x

Probably too late to reply now but I'm within this area but not sure what it is your looking for.:o

    Afternoon

Well another busy day for my annual leave :) Been making the most of the dry weather and been gardening all day. All of the borders weeded and dug over, shrubs pruned, annuals removed and lawn cut. Hopefully will still look respectable ready for H's Christening next month. I may have invited slightly too many people to fit in our lounge.... :o So we'll have to spill over into the garden :D

I had a sore head and face earlier, so going outside and accidentally smacking my head on the wall wasn't the brightest of ideas :wallbash:
