    Yes indeed well done tweets.

I went on my bike to the church in the village a couple of miles away and back again of course. I went on the pavement though. This village is called Marchwiel, strange name isn t it ?

I almost came a cropper a week or so ago on my bike and this was on a path . All these paths criss cross and I was cycling along minding my own business when this big lump on a big mountain bike came hurtling across my path  we must have missed each other by less than half a second. If he d have crashed into me I dread to think how I'd have ended up.

tweets have you got the link for this forum that you go on for slimming please. I ve finally found out how to book mark things on my iPad. I d like to have a read.:)

    Thank you :)

What are we congratulating tweets and QOC for?

I think I have missed a glitch, in fact I think I may have missed a few as I have not kept up for about 2 weeks. So hugs, congratulations, and celebrations to everyone. I have to admit I have not the time/energy/patient to read back…. xx

Hope that makes sense it sounded :o the other way round especially if nerfy is lurking :p :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

I had this bother when DS was younger, some kids would even walk in and help themselves to stuff out of the fridge, freezer or cupboards. DS didn't even have to be in the house!
We spoke to the more approachable parents about it stating we didn't mind them being in but would like them to wait until we're let in. They told their kids to knock and wait to be asked in.
The other parents were the sort you wouldn't say anything to them about their 'little angels' (these were the kids lifting stuff to eat from the kitchen) so we got round this by keeping the door locked while they were in the street  this solved that problem and they stopped.
I'm not saying you have to go to that extreme of always having it locked but locking the door for a short while will make them think it'll always be locked so they don't even try to open it after a while.

 at them coming in and helping themselves! I'd be mortified if my DD did that.
It's hard to go down the locking the door route as we're in a block of flats and DD tends to come and go, but she always closes the door behind her but it doesn't seem to stop them! Think I'll get OH to put on his best scary Glaswegian voice and chase them next time :p :rotfl:

Yes keep the door closed lol

The door is closed, doesn't stop them!
