Hi
For people who's offspring did gcse recently. How long do we keep coursework or shall I just bin especially if not taking A level in that subject.
I have about 4 bin bags full of work and feel I would be safe to bin some. What do others do ? TiaCherish those you have in your life because you never know when they won't be there anymore.

but essentially we went from 6 big boxes to 2 and have popped them away in the loft!frugal October...£41.82 of £40 food shopping spend for the 2 of us!
2017 toiletries challenge 179 out 145 in ...£18.64 spend0 -
We have been quite brutal and got rid of quite a bit...the subjects that we have kept have been those for A level reference and perhaps a few books or pieces of work which got good marks or may be useful in the future...

This is from my home delivery.
Not much of interest except the clover. Meant to be £1.15 each in M's and I bought 2. But they compared £4.60 to £1.86
So £1.67 for 2 clovers? Not a huge glitch but a small help

queen of cheap - excellent news re debt free day :j
I never want to go to that black place ever again so for the last 5 years Ive been micro managing the family accounts - year 1 and 2 a struggle but gradually getting much better.
On the left hand side a list of everything in the different categories - starting with money in the bank, in savings, in the purse, then the gift cards, any accounts in credit like sky or Scottish power, then down to TPPS, BMs, APGs, stamps etc - every single penny gets written down.
On the left hand column he bills to go out - CC bills for the month, anything that is to be paid in the next 4 weeks like road tax etc.
then the amount in the right column gets taken away from the left and the final figure is the true worth - what we actually have in the world.
that figure is the comfort blanket - any major financial disasters that figure can cope with“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. Every day will allow you, --will invite you to add something to the pleasure of others, --or to diminish something of their pains.”0 -
If anyone wants to try for a sainsbobs BM this weekend - this would be useful for anyone with the £20 conditional spend MOCs that some fortunate people got in the post
Wilkinsons Sword Hydro 5 razor
sainsbobs £14
Tesco £3.99
Asda £4.50
so you would just need to spend another £6 on ten different saisbobs own brand fillers
This is from mys - not tried it myself yet.
but not a bad filler for a
sada v !!!!!! shop if you have APGs that need recycling“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. Every day will allow you, --will invite you to add something to the pleasure of others, --or to diminish something of their pains.”0 -
Re cos payments.
Just requested payment of £19 with 5% fee.
Then it dawned on me is it free over £20 ?

Also has anyone figured out how to print dr O without all the page, ie just the moc. TiaCherish those you have in your life because you never know when they won't be there anymore.

Afternoon all from warm, sunny France.
Hope you're all ok.
Congrats qoc, lovely feeling isn't it:D
Hope you are feeling better fc.
I'm feeling really relaxed and happy now. Had a problem on my journey to France that really upset me, but after many phone calls to unhelpful people, (approx 150:eek:) I found an:A who helped me:T
Helped my friends get the rental house ready for very short notice guests. Off to Limoges later.

went to A and tried to use the outdated APG, store was busy and thought I'd picked my SA carefully, he refused
but only after she'd scribbled over the receipt  so I can't try again. That annoyed me more than the refusal of the APG.
Didn't even manage to womble any receipts
I tried the hand wash and will report back when the results are in.Life is a coin, you can spend it anyway you wish, but you can only spend it once.
Go as far as you can see, and when you get there you'll see further.

Not quite just the MOC part but...
I change printing options to '2 sides per page' or similar sounding option, after a coupon turn the paper 180 degrees and print next voucher on other side.
Using chrome (other may be same) I use 'print with system dialog' and then change to black ink only and 2 sides per page.
