I found this little app probably last December but it has changed a bit over the past 10 months -

Yes I've used it and have cashed out a small amount of money too. However last time I looked they had removed the opportunity to be paid by pay pal. It also takes a very long time to build up your earnings. Also, if you use it too much the block you from being able to get more points, either reducing points to 3 per video or none at all. The good thing is it's easy to use, and you don't need to prove you are watching the videos unlike adpoints. So you can just click away whilst watching TV. You also only need to watch the advert not the following video to get points.

I have tried it but personally I don't bother. With the time I spend making $100 a year I could make considerably more even on surveys from a poorer paying company like Swagbucks!This is a system account and does not represent a real person. Well, you're looking at like an hour, hour and a half for 50c.
And then it'll kick you down to worse rates.
On the other hand all you have to do is jab your finger at the play button every couple of minutes. And they do pay (Paypal is still available as far as I know- it's still on my app anyway).
So it's good for absent minded earning.0
