This prescription only eczema cream seems to be out of stock everywhere in the UK. Does anybody have any clues how I can source this product? The active ingredient is pimecrolimus.
Many thanks.

As you say, is a POM. Which means your only legitimate means of supply is via a licensed pharmacy, you can't source it directly from a wholesaler. Frustrating I know, but these things do come back in stock after manufacturers' glitches - all it means is that every single supply in the country gets used up fast. Because your cream isn't prescribed in huge quantities, its unlikely that you will find a pharmacy that keeps it in stock regularly.
The best you can do for now is probably to ask for an alternative to be prescribed in the interim.Value-for-money-for-me-puhleeze!
