Does anyone have more details about the Homebase free bedding plants offer, please? Is it simply a case of there being a coupon in the paper that you cut out and take into the store - and you don't have to buy anything else or collect anything?

Can't guarantee it absolutely, but this recent post on HUKD might help:

The bedding plants are collected directly from Homebase in exchange for the completed voucher found in The Telegraph this Saturday.

You cut the coupon from the newspaper and take to store to redeem plants.
