(a) Two (2) tickets to see Counting Crows perform live (the “Event”) at Arena Boulevard 590, Amsterdam Zuidoost, Netherlands (the “Venue”) on Friday 14 November, 2014;
(b) The chance to meet Counting Crows at the Event;
