No reply to CCA request

I have a mortgage shortfall of (pretty much) £50k that is currently marked as satisfied by the original creditor. The in house DCA is not reporting.
That doesn't mean the next DCA down the list isn't going to be vindictive and start reporting it accurately.
Don't get hung up on that and don't take it for granted.
When I say I'll be clear completely the outstanding debt will be paid (off (hopefully) and that will be me debt free (bar mortgage) and the defaults dropped of a couple of years later, unless I drop the payment I see no reason for them to change how they are reporting0

If they change the way they report when you haven't dropped payment, then that is grounds for a complaint.
Your best bet is to complain to Moorgate about not sending the CCA.
Moorgate may not have it. They sent mine for an Egg loan within a week . They have no interest in responding to you as you are paying and they know they can default you if you stop.
Is it an MBNA card? How old? My A&L card transferred to MBNA has no agreement to be found. taken out in 2002.
As for the CPUTR request, I used this on RBS who refused to answer it either way. Started by referring to CCA requests then they just said we have answered your complaints, not playing anymore. I guess this does indicate they don't have an original or they would have just said yes we have.:beer:0

So got a statement from them today, seems they took the £1 and added it to my account0

            Not supposed to do that...
Did they send the CCA as well as the statement?:beer:0
-
            Nope just an annual statement0
-
Ah. So not even related to the CCA request.:beer:0

Nope still being totally ignored, have lodged complaint with the FOS for non response, not that it will do me much good it seems in getting rid of the debt but hopefully they can do something0
-
Ok, best see what the FOS can do.:beer:0

Latest update, Contacted the FOS and suddenly they actually reply stating they havent got it from MBNA yet, so im no further on really sent them a 25% offer on the basis its unenforcable but i fully expect them to reject it0
