Choose our new logo...

It’s time to update the MSE logo (actually in truth we don’t have a logo – it's more just the site name written out) and so we've worked on two designs. Please pick the logo you prefer and let us know your thoughts below.

    shields are too boringly 'safe'

    In fact, both are fairly boring. Run a competition to design a new logo. There are some really creative people on here who would have some excellent ideas.
    :heartsmil When you find people who not only tolerate your quirks but celebrate them with glad cries of "Me too!" be sure to cherish them. Because these weirdos are your true family.

    both are boring and a bit naff. look like they were done in 5 min using paint.

    As said, both are boring as hell - that said, simple can work. Hate shields though. Make me think of a school.

    I think you need something more eye-catching, but still easy to read, though.
