I sent them a CCA request on the 4th of July. Track and trace doesn't show as being delivered but I also read on the royal mail website that if it hasnt been signed for or cant be delivered then it would come back to me after 7 days.
So, I havent heard from moorcroft but wonder if its safe to assume they have received it
Should I sit tight for now or send it again??
oh, the cheque hasnt been cashed either.

track and trace may not have been updated yet.Due to the postal strike they have had massive delays.Unless itcomes back to you, i would take it as delivered. This would be the legal point of view if it ever went to court to be challenged.0
