HI peeps
Got my new freezer delivered about 3 weeks ago now, put a lot of chicken breasts in there individually and noticed they took an age to freeze.
Last night about 5 o'clock i put a pint of milk in its plastic container, this morning I notice it is not frozen, this isnt right is it, also the bread rolls I put in the day before that where only partly frozen.
It is on nearly the highest freezing mode................
Help, shall i call Argos and tell them its faulty
thanks
sam

I would ring them, if the food isn't frozen then it isn't fit for purpose.0

Yeah, you should notice it's freezing stuff within 2-3 hours ..... not realising it's not frozen the day after.0

Hi there,
i had a similar problem with our new freezer not getting cold enough although i had it on the highest setting, when i called the company it turned out the highest setting meant it was the highest temperature
i had to turn it to the lowest setting/coldest temp and it was fine.
i would give the company a call and see what they have to say
good luck0 -

I did that with my first freezer too.. I felt exceptionally stupid
I agree with checking the manual, see what it recommends and ring the manufacturers if you still have issues.LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0
