Hi,
I won a prize back in may and after lots of emails, the prize has still failed to show.
Had lots of emails, saying the person who ran the promotion has now left the company, then an email saying they no longer stock my prize, the excuses go on and on
I would like to start a complaint as i am sick of being messed about
I have had a look on the ASA website, but i am confused as to what boxes to tick etc
If anyone could point me in the right direction, i would be most grateful
Thank you

Hi snakepilsen
Do you know if i am able to email them as i have had a look at the complaint bit, and i am confused about the drop down menus, etc
Thank you0 -
How to complain
01 First, check whether your complaint is covered by the ASA. If it is, you
should either complete our online complaints form, telephone us or write to us.0 -
Ok, thank you0

Have you told the prize sponsor / host that you are now taking it to the ASA 'without further notice'
Sometimes just doing this brings about immediate movement esp if you say it on Twitter of Facebook publically.0 -
No, i haven't mentioned it, i think i'll try that, thank you0
