Month's worth of shopping - Any suggestions to improve?

It's a bit of a long post...but I'm just looking for suggestions to minimize the cost of the household shopping. It's 4 weeks of shopping for 3. It looks reasonable to me. I shop weekly at a set time when my local supermarket reduces the veg, fruit, meat and bread. I only ever buy these items reduced and typically pay about 20p for a bag of apples and £1 for chicken breasts etc. I save a lot this way.
