Synthetic oil BOGOF

Not sure if this is the right place for this thread but offer won't last long Halfords synthetic oil (including normally expensive VW PD oil) is now BOGOF. Some of the offers don't show up on website but I've been to store and it does include all synthetic oils.

Yes it does include synthetic oils not part synthetic. I bought part synthetic the other week for 5 litres for £21 went in on Saturday last week and saw the sign looked closely and its only synthetic oils only

See the Halfords range of oils and this offer here, but before you rush headlong into the "synth=best and I must have it" mentality, have a nice slow read of this article here.

halfords own brand only. they didn't have the viscosity i'd have wanted in the local store and heard bad things about halfords synthetic, namely that it's mineral oil somehow modifed that's legally allowed to be called synthetic so it's not true synthetic. a better deal might be the discount on the mobil 1 part synthetic stuff. if you go beware of the mbna credit card people following you around the store after your details for their commission.

also afaik this offer alternates between 1/3rd off and bogof so it's always cheaper than the full retail price displayed.
