Hello all, my daughter has been in a dmp for 19 months via CCS, it doesn't seem to be working though as the creditors seem to be able to move the goal posts as and when they like. Has anyone else found this to be the case, LJ

Hi.
Have not had that problem with my DMP. Why not pop over to the DMP mutual support thread http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=454457
There should be loads of advice on there for your daughter. The main problem with a DMP is that it is not legally binding so while it is nice if the creditors stop interest etc they do not have to. Mind you mine have been really good.

You have to be consistant with them, say for example you offer a pound - don't let them argue you to £2 because that sets a president. I do all my communication by letter too that way I can hold them to there word.
So far over a year into it and only one company has bothered reviewing we are not doing too bad.0
