Forever living. Vs body shop at home

Hi, I am new to the forum and looking for opinions. I work shifts and have two children but looking to boost my income. I am interested in beauty and do have qualifications in this area. Due to working shifts I only get one weekend off every 5 weeks. I was looking into the body shop at home but iam guessing. Most people want their parties on a weekend so I think I will be struggling with this. Also how do you find your sales? With voucher cloud always doing codes can a consultant at home compete? However this would be my first choice.
Now my friend has just signed up to forever living and is mithering me to join her team. Thus seems like a bit of a false earning. Always bragging about bonuses, I looked at the products and they seem very expensive. So who would buy them. I am just wondering if anyone works for these two companies and could give me some advice .

I use the Forever products, they have helped me with different ailments, I take Aloe Vera Gel every day religiously together with Bee Pollen and Bee Propolis which has helped with energy levels and my general well being.
The products are not over priced for the results you get.
I do not work for Forever Living. I would not use Body Shop products.£2014 in 2014£3,155.66 £20140 -
Your find lots of threads about forever if you search. The high cost usually rears its head.

Body Shop has its own dedicated thread : https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/10619490 -
Seems as though they are best avoided:

I have never worked for Forever but I am a user of their toothpaste which I love and never would use anything else (in less than six months it cleared a gum problem I fought with for years). Cannot comment on any other products though.
Any direct sale business is good for supplementing your income if you are prepared to make a go of it.
I am aware though that these type of businesses have a bad rep in the UK but I believe they are the perfect model to help stay at home mums or anyone wanting a quick cash injection work hours that suits them.
The way I see it if someone offers me something I can say yes thank you or no thank you.
Good luck with your quest0 -

I wouldn't use Body Shop personally.
Forever living might seem more money, but you get what you pay for.0 -

Very unlikely to come from personal product sales. Normally achieved by people you have signed up sales.:eek:0 -
