Private health providers who do the single vaccines for children...

i have the impression that these may not be recognised by the Health board. is it safe to go for these companies? as they import the vaccines are there any particular questions that we need to ask? do we have the same legal rights if anything goes wrong as you would with the NHS?thanks in advance

These companies are private GPs / medical establishments and are regulated.

With vaccines, you would only be able to sue etc if you could prove deliberate negligence or incomptence in the same way as the NHS.

Any vaccine, single or triple comes with a low risk of complications, it's just that the risk of something massively going wrong because of not having the vaccine is higher than that associated with getting your child vaccinated.
