    What do I do in official complaint?

    I will definitely make one its for legoland the one thing my boy wants to do more than anything xx

    Bad news the woman is refusing saying she read out parks to me and went you knew legoland wasnt part of it!

    i would not have booked if it was not part of it! cant stop crying now!! holiday feels ruined. going to have to pay extra to legoland just for two days when i know he will want more there. two years planing and feel heartbroken with it all.

    i have email head office. she hung up on me being cheeky and asked for manager to call me back but back at work and obv thats when she calls. feel so heartbroken now.

    honestly that woman is slimy and nasty

    Aw monz.

    I would put in a complaint regarding the professionalism of this specific agent.

    Firstly for not being clear with you when you made the booking regarding & that you told her at the beginning that you wanted the access to legoland included.

    AND the fact that she was rude today & hung up on you.

    That is not acceptable in anyway.

    I'm sorry about this my sweet.
