Topsy turvy doll?

I am hoping to make a topsy turvy doll for my niece for Christmas - can anyone point me in the right direction for an easy sewing pattern?

I was hoping someone would link to a tried and tested pattern, but no such luck I guess!

I've done a search as it is something I think my niece would like and there seem to be a few on pinterest. Some are called 'flipover dolls'

I came on here expecting someone looking for a knitted on so if you fail to find a pattern there is a good knitted one on the Jean Greenhowe sight.

I would try Googling you can find free sewing patterns as well as free knitting patterns. Alternatively try your local library.
