I was also mystified by email from Hermes. Thanks cleanergirl606. Spot on. Sounds like Hermes are going to be busy delivering all these bottles. Still not sure who the OP is to thank though.

I've had the tracking info for mine. Says awaiting collection by MyHermes since 15/9. I thought myhermes collected the same day or day after? Has anyone else had theirs in transit or delivered yet?

I also got this emai, but still haven't received anything. I contacted myhermes who have now told me my parcel was damaged in transit and that I need to contact the person who sent it. Does anyone know who that is? It doesn't seem like any of us got a WEM, with any info at all. Has anyone received anything yet?
